HOW TO USE THE HEALTH JOURNAL
The Journal is divided into 52 weekly spreads and each double page provides a day-by-day section to clearly note and reflect on both physical and emotional symptoms. There are:
- spaces that can be adapted to indicate recurrent symptoms or themes such as mood, energy/stress levels or menstruation
- spaces to write down physical and emotional symptoms in more detail
- front and back body outlines to enable you to indicate where symptoms, aches and injuries occur
- easy-to-use charts to record ongoing changes such as weight, BMI, pulse rate, blood pressure
- specific sections for writing down dreams
- pages to list appointments, medication/remedies taken and other personal details
Overall, the Journal is designed to provide space for you to simply and coherently record the physical and emotional aspects of your life, with the aim of improving health and well-being.
